Use Case Scenario: Gather information required to complete a detailed Estimate during site (in-home) visits with potential customers.
- To use, download, then either:
- print (double-sided if possible), take to site-visits, then manually complete the Quote Sheet. (No shame if you prefer this over a digital form; sometimes pen & paper are the simplest and easiest solution!)
- copy & rename, then digitally complete on-site using an iPad or laptop.
- Capture details you’ll need to complete a detailed estimate in our CRM/Operations software for the services requested by the homeowner or their real estate agent.
- Include room dimensions, wall height (paint projects), finish selections, layout sketches, and desired completion date if services are being done prior to listing or selling.
